We cannot guarantee that any unpackaged products served in our stores are allergen-free because we use shared equipment to store, prepare, and serve them. Customers with allergies can find ingredient information for products on the labels of our packaged products or online at www.oneskye.com/menu.

Our beverages and food are prepared where allergens are handled by our partners, and where equipment and utensils are used for multiple menu items, including those containing allergens. Whilst we try to keep things separate we cannot guarantee any item is allergen free.
