* Perform regular and thorough cleaning of all surfaces, utensils, and equipment to maintain a sanitized work environment. Monitor and follow cleaning schedules to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the café.
1. Utilising and understanding Cash Registry Software
2. Experience in creating fine coffee, espresso, cappuccino, flat white, Americano, etc via Coffee Machine
3. Ability to swiftly address a variety of impromptu tasks in alignment with the business needs.
1. Previous experience in working within a restaurant/café or busy food handling environment.
2. Ability to work branch hours.
3. Demonstrates excellent time management skills, ensuring punctuality and reliability in all tasks.
4. Experience in both cash and card handling with a strong aptitude for basic mathematics.
5. Ability to learn quickly, work and adapt in a fast, ever-changing dynamic and demanding environment.
6. Ability to multi-task flexibly, proactively and work simultaneously under pressure as part of a team with minimal supervision.
7. Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills.
8. Excellent communication skills in person, with proven ability to tailor products to customers with different and allergen needs.
